MP Studio helps you to document your Management Pack Tuning and to handle the changes in a controlled manner. This is especially important if there's more than one OpsMgr administrator - allowing you to collaborate effectively. One of my favourite features is the Resultant set of alerts, where you can pre-stage your proposed changes against a subset of servers and you will see the exact impact of the changes if they were applied. This is particularly useful as part of a Change Control process so you can add this as proof that your proposed changes won't create an alert storm. Another cool feature is the bulk override - which will save you loads of time.
